Dismantling

First the old handwheel must be loosened. To do this, loosen the set screw and pull off the handwheel.

Assembly preparation

The included screw lock prevents the threaded connections from coming loose when working with the handwheel. To do this, add 2-3 drops of screw locking agent to the middle area of ​​the internal threads of the base body.

Assembly

Our turnstile base bodies are precisely manufactured. A straight position is therefore essential. Pay attention to the alignment of the bore of the base body with the flattening of the shaft of the drill.

If the assembly is still very difficult, you can help with light taps with a soft-faced mallet or rubber hammer.
If the base body is seated correctly, first screw in the set screw and insert the handles.
